At Daland Jones Studio LLC, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate changes in your schedule, I offer a 24-hour cancellation policy.

*Terms:*

- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee with no makeup credit
- If Daland Jones cancels you will receive a makeup credit.

*Exceptions:*

- We may waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather or family emergencies, at our discretion.

- We will confirm your cancellation or rescheduling via email or phone.

*Effective Date:*

This cancellation policy takes effect on 08/16/2024 and applies to all appointments scheduled on or after that date.
